Cancellation and Rescheduling:
I have never charged a patient for a cancellation or a no show. However, I think its only fair that I reserve the right to do so.
Please let us know well in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. You must let us know 24 hours ahead of time, during business hours to avoid a charge for a broken appointment.
If you need a reminder call from us, let us know when you make the appointment.
